Experience
I have 16 years of experience in politics and organized association work, including several years as the association’s chairperson.
My areas of focus include organizational work within associations, strategic communication, and networking with the media, the business community, and the political sphere:
Drafting bylaws, lobbying, membership recruitment, and press and public relations.
I am also familiar with the day-to-day management of the association—from creating and obtaining informational and promotional materials to liaising with politicians, government agencies, and institutional contacts.
This is what I want to work toward
• Professionalize structures
– Registration in the registry of associations.
– Regular meetings to foster a sense of commitment, as well as an organizational chart with a clear division of responsibilities.
– Compliance with the documentation requirements of the lobby registry.
– Revision of the bylaws – enhancing efficiency, reducing risks.
• Increase visibility
– More professional press and public relations efforts and greater visibility for the association in political circles, the media, and the public.
– Leveraging the network of contacts I have in politics, the media, and the business world.
• Recruit members
– Target new members through participation in trade shows and conferences, as well as through social media,
– Engage existing members more actively and foster the association’s sustainable growth.
• Turning members into a community
– An association should be more than the sum of its members. Regular meetings, established opportunities for interaction, and joint events should foster personal connections and create a genuine sense of community within the association.
• Strengthen political networks
– Expand dialogue with policymakers, government agencies, and relevant institutions, and position the association as a knowledgeable point of contact.
