Bitcoin Forum 2025: What an inspiring three days in Ingolstadt!<\/strong><\/p>\n

From October 9 to 11, 2025<\/strong>, the 3rd Bitcoin Forum<\/strong> of Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG<\/strong> took place at the Saturn Arena in Ingolstadt<\/strong>. For three days, everything revolved around the topic of Bitcoin – with exciting presentations, numerous exhibitors and a lively exchange between enthusiasts, entrepreneurs and newcomers. <\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]\n

The Bitcoin Forum 2025<\/strong> was a real highlight for the German Bitcoin community, and we are proud that the Bitcoin Bundesverband<\/strong> was able to be there with its own stand.<\/p>\n

We had countless exciting conversations, saw familiar faces again and met many new interested parties who share our vision. It was great to experience how lively, diverse and positive the mood around Bitcoin is in Germany. <\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2298″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Without you, our appearance in Ingolstadt would not have been what it was – a strong, collective statement for Bitcoin in Germany.<\/p>\n

Lightning Day – Technology meets practice<\/h3>\n

A particular highlight of the forum was the Lightning Day<\/strong>, which was dedicated entirely to the use of Bitcoin in payment transactions.<\/p>\n

Jens Leinert<\/strong>, Chairman of the Bitcoin Bundesverband, inspired the audience with two presentations:“Bitcoin Time Travel – From the Cypherpunks to the Lightning Network”<\/em> and “Lightning in eCommerce”,<\/em> in which he showed how the Lightning Network is revolutionizing payments in online commerce.<\/p>\n

Daniel Wingen<\/strong>, also a board member of the Bitcoin Bundesverband, was also on stage. In his presentation “Lightning – security and risks for companies”<\/em>, he explained what companies should look out for if they want to introduce Bitcoin payments. <\/p>\n

Our members added a practical perspective:
Michael Anton Fischer<\/strong> from Opago<\/strong> explained in his presentation “How can you accept lightning payments in your store?”<\/em> how easy it is to accept Bitcoin in stationary retail.<\/p>\n

In addition, Ronny M\u00fctschele<\/strong> from Copiaro<\/strong> and Jonathan Kocar<\/strong> from Plebstyle<\/strong> reported on their experiences as online retailers who have already successfully integrated Lightning payments.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Bitcoin meets mindset and music<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]Another highlight came from Evelyn Brock<\/strong>, board member of the Bitcoin Bundesverband. In her presentation “Bitcoin and your money mindset”<\/em>, she showed how Bitcoin is changing the way we think about money, freedom and responsibility.
On Saturday evening, she caused a stir in a completely different role – as a DJ<\/strong> at the afterparty, where she got the room dancing with her beats.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2300″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Conclusion<\/h3>\n

We go home with a lot of motivation, new ideas and the feeling that the Bitcoin movement in Germany<\/strong> is growing ever closer together.<\/p>\n

The Bitcoin Forum Ingolstadt 2025<\/strong> was a complete success in professional, human and cultural terms. It impressively demonstrated how lively the German Bitcoin community is and how diverse the topic is, from technology to business to culture. <\/p>\n

The Bitcoin Bundesverband<\/strong> is delighted to have been part of this special event and would like to thank everyone who contributed to it.<\/p>\n
