Stefan Rönz has over 25 years of consulting experience and most recently spent 12 years at EY, the last 6 of which as a Director. There he led cross-sector transformation programs with a focus on IT and digital innovation. In the area of transaction consulting, he supported companies in mergers, acquisitions and restructurings and brings a very broad range of experience to the table.
